Pepperoni Chicken
1 lb. chicken breast, boned
1/2 cup cubed Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1/4 lb. pepperoni, shredded
Cut chicken breast into small pieces. Bread chicken and sauté in oil until medium brown. Place chicken into baking casserole. Pour sauce over. Add shredded pieces of pepperoni. Add mushrooms. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 250 degrees until cheese is melted.
