Soy Ginger Chicken

1 to 2 cups of Soy Sauce (regular or low sodium)
1 inch of fresh grated/chopped/smashed ginger
(to taste... I like a lot so I may use 2 or 3 inches)
2 or 3 cloves garlic smashed or chopped (more or less to taste)
1/2 cup sugar (to taste... )
1/2 cup honey (gives it that sticky quality)
3 or 4 green onions chopped
Chicken Parts (What ever kind and cut you like)

In a bowl (one large enough to hold your chicken parts) put ingredients. Stir it up and throw in the chicken parts. I like to put in just enough chicken so that all the parts are submerged. Put it in the fridge over night (or at least for a couple of hours). Fire up the grill and cook the chicken basting it with the left over sauce.
