Serving Size : 10
2 pounds hamburger, cooked and drained
1 pound bacon, cooked, reserve 1/4 drippings
1 package hot dogs, diced, cooked in reserved bacon drippings
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 can Mexican corn (16 oz.), drained
1 can pork and beans (16 oz.)
1 can barbecue beans (16 oz.)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup green onion (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 cup chili powder (or more, to taste)
Mix all in large slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes, then low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir twice an hour. Serve in bowl and garnish, salt and pepper to taste. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
Goes great with salsa and warm chips. Every time I make this for family or friend, it's gone the same night, then they cry for more! Try it, you will see what I mean.
