Crockpot Chili


2 cans (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
2 cans tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey (or chuck), browned and drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 to 3 TBSP chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
Salt to taste
1 TBSP cinnamon (optional - but very good!)

Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW 8 - 10 hours (High: 3 to 4).
