North Crab Salad Bowl with Richelieu Dressing


1 lb. frozen queen crab meat
2 cups torn lettuce
2 cups torn romaine
2 tomatoes
1 cup corn chips
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 recipe Richelieu Dressing

Thaw frozen crabmeat. Drain. Remove any shell or cartilage. Cut into chunks. Combine with salad greens. Cut tomatoes in wedges. Add corn chips, olives and onion to salad mixture. Toss with chilled dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.


Richelieu Dressing

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill.
