Low Fat Winter Coleslaw


Makes 16 servings

2 1/2 quarts shredded cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon white pepper

Combine ingredients-mix well. Cover and chill for 2-48 hours. Serve slightly chilled.
