Chocolate Strawberry Pizza
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
GLAZE
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 cups strawberries, sliced
DRIZZLE
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil, folding foil at the rim of the pizza pan to form a 1-inch collar. Lightly grease foil. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk, egg and cocoa. Beat slowly until thoroughly blended. Stir in flour and baking powder. Pour into prepared pan, spreading mixture to edges of pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and butter, blending until mixture is completely smooth. Spread evenly over cooled pizza and arrange sliced strawberries on top. Melt the white chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Usig end of teaspoon, drizzle over strawberries. Refrigerate pizza for 15 minutes to allow chocolate glaze and drizzle to set. Cut into slices to serve.
