Flambe Blueberries


Put 2 - 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) with a large tablespoon of honey in a flat microwave dish. Heat on HIGH for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring frequently, do not allow to boil. Have ice-cream ready to serve. Heat 2 nips in a small bowl in the microwave, 20 seconds on HIGH.

Pour brandy over fruit and ignite and serve immediately, over the ice-cream.
