Grilled Pears with Cream
4 firm ripe Bartlett Pears, peeled, halved and cored
2 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
Toss pears with butter and sugar. Heat grill to medium. Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender when pierced with a knife. Serve with heavy cream.
Makes 4 servings.
