Passionfruit Apple Crisp
2 cups sweetened stewed apple
12 cups passionfruit pulp
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tsp full cream milk powder
6 vanilla wine biscuits
2 tablespoon coconut
Combine apple and passionfruit pulp. Place in a shallow ovenproof dish. Beat the eggs, milk, sugar, cream and dried milk until smooth. Pour over the fruit. Crush wine biscuits and mix with coconut. Sprinkle over the top of the cream mixture. Bake at 180 to 190 C for 35 - 40 minutes.
