Tres Leches - Colombian Style


1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup regular milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 tablespoon dessert wine
2 glass containers (one should fit inside the other)

Caramel
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons wine (same as for dessert)

Caramel Procedure
Mix ingredients in small pan and stir until it thickens.

Main Procedure
Mix everything in blender at slowest speed (Stir) for 10 minutes. Pour caramel in smallest glass container, then pour dessert mix over it. Place this container inside the largest one. Fill largest conatiner with water (do not overfill). Pre-heat oven at 350 F. Place containers in oven for 45 minutes or until top is golden.
