Augusta's Crab Mold


1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoon water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 can crab or shrimp or
1/2 lb fresh crab

Heat gelatin and water on low until gelatin is dissolved, add mushroom soup, stir in well. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in celery and green onions. Add crab or shrimp. Mix together and place in mold or bowl. Let sit refrigerated overnight. Serve with crackers.
