Diabetic Low Fat Creamy Fruit Dip


1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
Fresh whole strawberries
Sliced kiwifruit

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and concentrate until smooth. Fold in marshmallow creme. Serve with fruit. Store in the refrigerator.

Makes 2 cups.

PER SERVING: One 2 tablespoon serving (prepared with fat-free cream cheese) 56 cal, 79 mg sodium, 0 cholesteral, 12 gm carb, 2 gm pro, 0 fat
