Low Fat Chocolate Fudge Dip

6 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
6 tablespoons prepared chocolate fudge sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Mix together, chill and serve.

Makes 3/4 cup

Calories per 2 tbsps. dip and 1/2 cup assorted fruit 118 Fat 4g Fiber 2 g.
