Tuna Ole Dip {Microwave}

2 tablespoons {1/4 stick} butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 7 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1 4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Sliced green olives
Corn chips or tortilla chips

Serving Size : 4

Combine butter, onion and garlic in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Blend in flour. Heat milk in 1-cup glass measuring cup on HIGH for 1 minute. Gradually stir milk into onion mixture, blending well. Microwave uncovered on HIGH until sauce is thickened, stirring twice, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add cheese a little at a time, stirring until completely melted; if it does not melt completely, return to microwave and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

Blend in tuna, chiles, and hot pepper sauce. Turn into serving bowl. Sprinkle with olives. Serve with chips.
