The data for this program was taken from the USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference Release No. 12. With the almost 6000 items in this database you can view 31 food item components/nutrients and select up to 3 different serving sizes and dial in your number of servings. (Hint. If you want to find 1 ounce of an item select the 100 gms serving size and then enter a number of servings of 0.284.)
