Balsamic Dressing and/or Marinade


1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon water
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar

Except for the olive oil, combine all ingredients in a bottle. Shake vigorously to blend. Pour in oil. Shake again. Serve as a salad dressing or as a fish marinade.
