Buttermilk Salad Dressing 2

1 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Cucumber, grated
2 tablespoon Scallion, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon-style Mustard
2 Tsps Parsley, minced
2 Tsps Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Combine in jar. Shake well. Chill well.
Yield: "1 1/4 cup"
