Caesar Salad Formula (Dressing)


1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon vinegar (Regina Red Wine)
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon anchovy past (optional)
1 raw egg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Accent to taste

Mix together and mix with lettuce (Romaine Lettuce is best).
