Glossy Dressing


1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salad herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
1 cup salad oil

Combine sugar and vinegar in sauce pan and beat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add all spices. Add oil in slow stream, beating with electric mixer until thick.

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
