Honey and Garlic Dressing


Combine in a screw top jar

1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 tsp grated lemon or lime rind
6 tsp honey
1 - 2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste

Shake until well combined. Pour over tossed green salad.
