Lemon Tahini Dressing

1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove crushed garlic
1 medium chopped onion
2 stalks chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
pinch salt
1/2 cup tahini

Combine the ingredients in a blender, adding the tahini last. Serve chilled.
