Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing

1 carton (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon onion salt and dash black pepper, freshly ground
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
3 tablespoon chopped dill pickle (or dill relish)
Combine yogurt, ketchup, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in egg and pickle. Refrigerate.
Makes 1 1/2 cups; approximately 14 calories per tablespoon.
