Sour Cream Coleslaw Dressing

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar

Combine and pour over grated cabbage, carrot, and green pepper. This dressing is also very good over a tomato and cucumber salad.

Makes 2/3 cup.
