Spicy Tomato Dressing

Serving Size : 4

3/4 cup Tomato Juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 each Scallions, minced
1 medium Tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style Mustard
2 Dash Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

Chill 1 hour before serving.
