Thousand Island Mayonnaise
300 ml mayonnaise
4 tablespoons double cream
4 teaspoons tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoons stuffed olives; finely chopped
2 teaspoons onion; finely chopped
1 tablespoon green pepper; finely chopped
1 hard boiled egg; shelled, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh parsley; finely chopped
Yield: 4-6 servings
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Chill before using.
