Walnut Yogurt Dressing

Serving Size : 10

16 Ozs Nonfat Yogurt
2 tablespoon Honey
2 Tsps Lime Juice
1/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup Rose Wine

Empty the yogurt into a bowl, but do not whisk because it will become water. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and gently stir into the yogurt.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 62 Calories; 2g Fat (27.6% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 35mg Sodium.
Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Fruit; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

Serving Ideas:
Serve on a fall fruit salad of greens, pears, apples, oranges, dates, raisins, dried apricots, and walnut halves.

NOTE:
Can substitute the following for the walnuts:

Dried figs
Dried apricots
Toasted almonds
