Pierogi Cheese Filling 3


Serving Size : 4

1 cup dry curd cottage cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
2 egg yolks

Force cottage cheese through sieve. Mix with other ingredients thoroughly.
