Microwave Fondue (600 Watts)
225 g Cotswold cheese, grated
225 g cheddar cheese, grated
300 ml apple juice
2 tablespoons cornflour
1/2 teaspoon mustard, ready made
fresh parsley, chopped
Yield: 4 servings
Put the cheese, apple juice, cornflour and mustard in a large bowl. Cook, uncovered on HIGH for 8 minutes, stir every two minutes. Serve with wedges of apple, celery sticks, bread chunks and mushrooms. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
