No Cook Chocolate Fudge


3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 oz. square. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cup confectioners sugar
2/3 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Cream cream cheese. Blend in confectioners sugar, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla, salt and chopped nuts. Press into well-greased pan and chill 15 minutes. When firm cut into squares. For peanut butter fudge use 2 tablespoons peanut butter instead of chocolate and use 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar.
