Fire Ant Mound
1-1/4 pound package Oreo cookies (or vanilla/chocolate creams)
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 packages vanilla instant pudding
12-ounce carton extra thick Cool Whip topping
2 cups milk
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crush cookies in blender. Place layer on bottom of large bowl. Combine butter, Cool Whip, cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Place layer over cookie layer. Combine pudding, milk and vanilla. Add layer over first mixture. Alternate layers of mixture while building dirt layer a long sides of bowl. Save sufficient "dirt" for top layer. Chill for at least one hour.
