Pizza Monsters


Yield: 6 Monsters
(These freeze well.)

2 oz Can sliced mushrooms; drain
1/2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Pepperoni; chopped
1/3 cup Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Onion; chopped
3 tablespoon Chopped ripe olives
6 English muffins halved

Mix filling ingredients and spread on muffins. Bake at 450 degrees until cheese bubbles--about 8 minutes.
