Hamburger Patties [MBBC]
8 ounces ketchup
4 tablespoon pepper
5 tablespoon salt
7 tablespoon garlic powder
1 bottle HP Sauce
3 ounces Worcestershire Sauce
6 large eggs
4 tablespoon ground oregano
4 tablespoon ground thyme
4 tablespoon ground basil
2.5 pounds bread crumbs
1 ounce tobassco
5 kilogram lean ground beef
5 kilogram medium ground beef
Mix together and form into 7 ounce patties.
