Yield: 4 Servings

2 lb Very lean ground beef - use 90/10 or leaner
Water as needed
7 oz Tomato paste
1 medium Red onion chopped fine
9 clove Garlic mashed and chopped -fine
4 tablespoon Horseradish
2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
5 dash Louisiana hot pepper sauce -or to taste

In a large skillet brown the meat add tomato paste and the chopped onions allow to cook for a few minutes check to see if it needs any water to bring it to a medium sauce. Then add all of the remaining ingredients bring to a simmer and allow to cook for about 10 minutes covered. Add salt and pepper to taste and allow to sit for 30 minutes.

Serve over hard rolls or other hard crusted bread.
