Chili Dog Sauce


1 pound "good" hamburger
14 oz. ketchup
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon chili powder

In a pan or skillet place 1 inch water. Cook onion and hamburger (chopping to break it apart) in water till done. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour.
