Habanero Sauce


1 part onion, chopped
1 part tomato, chopped
1 part habanero peppers, chopped
1 part orange juice
salt, to taste

Mix in bowl. Add enough juice to make it soupy. Salt to taste.

NOTE:
Similar to Caribbean/Yucatan hot sauce. Use equal measurements of the above; ie, 1/4 cup of each to make 1 cup.
