1 pt good french vanilla ice cream, don't use the cheap stuff
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon sugar
1 large egg
Honey and Whipped cream
Scoop out balls of ice cream app 1 1/2" in diameter. Freeze till firm. In a medium bowl, combine corn flakes, cinnamon and sugar. Roll frozen ice cream balls in the corn flake mixture and refreeze. Beat egg, dip balls in egg mixture and freeze again. When ready to serve heat veggie oil to 350 place 1-2 frozen balls on a slotted spoon and lower into hot oil. Cook 1 minute and remove immediatly, drizzle with honey and top with whipped cream
