Fruit Ice Cream


Makes one gallon.

4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
2 cans sweetened condensed milk, such as Eagle Brand Milk
Fruit of your choice
Whole milk

Combine eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into freezer. Add condensed milk, fruit and milk to fill line. Stir and freeze, using crushed ice and rock salt. DO NOT FILL ABOVE FREEZE LINE.

Fruit choices I have used.
1 quart fresh strawberries, crushed
1 pint to 1 quart fresh black raspberries
6 to 8 fresh peaches, peeled and diced
