Maraschino Cherry Ice Cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 cup condensed milk
5 cups homogenized milk
8 ounces maraschino cherries, undrained
Separate egg whites from yolks and beat until fluffy. Stir sugar, powdered milk, condensed milk and homogenized milk into egg yolks. Mix well. Chop cherries and add with juice to egg yolk mixture. Fold in the egg whites. Churn-freeze.
NOTE:
Use caution with uncooked eggs. You may want to use a substitute or pasteurized egg product.
