Mocha Ice Cream


2 eggs
1-1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1-1/2 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water
1-1/4 cups whipping cream

Whisk sugar and eggs in saucepan. Add in milk. Break up chocolate and add with the coffee to the saucepan. Heat until thickened. DO NOT BOIL. Cool. Add whipping cream. Refrigerate until cold. Pour into machine for 20-30 minute or until desired consistency.
