Sambucca Ice Cream

(see also Classic Creme Brulee with Sambucca Ice Cream)

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup white sambucca

Soften vanilla ice cream slightly. Beat in Sambucca. Refreeze.

Makes 2 cups
