Special Ice Cream


1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
4 cup. evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 oz. whipped cream thawed

In the blender combine the pudding mix, sugar and cocoa with milk and vanilla. Cover and blend well. Fold in whipped topping until smooth. Pour into shallow 2-qt freezer container. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes. Stir with whisk; return to freezer until serving.

Makes 12 servings.
