Milk Chocolate Icing

(see also 7 Layer Chocolate Cake)

2 Tablespoons butter.
4 ounces cream cheese.
1 1/2 squares of unsweetened chocolate.
1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar, sifted.
1/4 cup of heavy cream or milk.
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

Cream butter and cream cheese together mixing well.
Add melted unsweetened chocolate, mix well.
Add sifted confectioners sugar, cream and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
Make sure all the crumbs are dusted from the layers and spread icing on individual layers, top and sides.
