Lemon Jelly 2


1 cup lemon juice
2 cup water
4 cup sugar
1 box Sure-Jell

Bring lemon juice, water and Sure-Jell to boil, add all sugar at once. Bring to boil and keep boiling 1 minute. Pour into hot, clean jars, seal and put into a dark cool place.
