Mango Strawberry Jam with Kiwifruit

2 cups mango (1 pound), diced
1 3/4 cups strawberries, mashed
3/4 cup kiwi fruit, diced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon citric acid (sour salt)
7 1/2 cups sugar
2 pouches Certo brand liquid fruit pectin
Follow Certo instructions for cooked Strawberry Jam using fruit measures above. Add the lemon juice and the citric acid with the fruit and sugar.
Makes approximately 9 half-pint jars and a 4-oz jar.
