Oreo Dirt Cake


1 large pkg. (20 oz) Oreo cookies, crumbled
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 - 18 oz) large Cool Whip
2 ( 3 oz)small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 cup milk

Put 1/2 or more crumbs on bottom of baking dish. Cream butter and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip, pudding and milk. Spread over crumbs, then put remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
