Delicious, when paired with
Bella Sera® Di Toscana Sangiovese

1/2 lb. Chicken sausage, casings removed
1 26-oz Jar, marinara sauce
1/2 Cup Fresh parsley, chopped
9 Lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 Cup Cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, then transfer the meat to a large mixing bowl. Add marinara sauce, and parsley to the same bowl and combine well. Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Lay a third of the noodles, slightly overlapping if necessary, on top of the sauce.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spoon a third of the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with a third of the mozzarella cheese. Top with another layer of sauce.

Repeat layering with noodles, cheese mixture and sauce, ending with sauce and leaving enough mozzarella to sprinkle on top of the lasagna. Sprinkle top with mozzarella. Cover tightly with heavy-duty foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 50 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; let stand 10 minutes and serve.
