PLACE ALE IN SAUCEPAN AND BOIL, SEPARATELY BEAT EGG WHITES and YOLKS, MIX WHITES, YOLKS, SUGAR and NUTMEG IN BOWL, WHEN MIXED POUR INTO ALE, BEATING AS YOU DO SO, POUR FROM ORIGINAL BOWL INTO ANOTHER SEVERAL TIMES TILL SMOOTH and FROTHY SERVE IN MUGS
