1/2 JIGGER DUBONNET,
1 ICE CUBE,
1 DASH BITTERS,
1 LUMP SUGAR,
ICED CHAMPAGNE

PLACE THE SUGAR IN A LARGE SAUCER CHAMPAGNE GLASS
AND SPRINKLE WITH BITTERS. ADD ICE AND DUBONNET AND
FILL WITH ICED CHAMPAGNE. SERVE WITH TWIST OF LEMON PEEL.
