Bailey's Irish Cream


1 each 14 oz. tin evaporated milk
1 each 14 oz. tin condensed milk (sweet)
2 tsp. glycerine (USP)
1 tablespoon (scant) instant coffee powder
1 1/2 Cups (12 oz) Whiskey
1 tablespoon water (?)
1 tsp. vanilla

Whisk together for 10 minutes. Bottle.
